Box office prediction models are enhanced by analyzing 34 factors, including movie type, release date, and first-day box office. Using Word2vec, TF-IDF, and an emotional dictionary for movie comments, a new prediction method was developed. The accuracy of Multivariate Linear Regression (MLR) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) improved by 16.1% and 11.8% when comments were included, significantly boosting prediction accuracy.
